Our programmes are active, experiential and connected to real work. Participants first experience an activity, simulation or conversation. Together, we then reflect on what happened, unpack the principles beneath it and practise new ways of responding. Finally, participants translate the learning into actions they can apply in their own workplace. This approach helps people experience the difference that a change in how they listen, communicate or lead can make—not only understand it in theory.
