Fernestra brings together Fern—founder Christina’s middle name—and fenestra, meaning a window or opening. Like the natural openings in a monstera leaf, it represents making space for light, perspective and new possibilities. Grounded in Nancy Kline’s Thinking Environment®, Fernestra Works creates spaces where leaders and teams can think independently, listen deeply and connect more meaningfully.
How we help
